The Best Player chooses the optimum player and most suitable video files (this all happens automatically under the hood). In milliseconds, your viewer is watching your content in the best quality for them.
Importantly, our Best Player looks and feels the same regardless of the mode and video
formats being delivered. This means no compromise on brand and design.
For the techies out there – the default MediaFreedom encoding profiles will convert your source content into multiple-layered smooth stream files and MP4 video in varying bitrates so that our Best Player has a suitable range of content to do exactly what it does best. You only have to embed single line of code. If Silverlight is installed, our Best Player will serve smooth stream files. On Apple iPhone/iPad or Android devices, our Best Player uses HTML5 to play MP4 content. Oh and if you do have Flash content and the Flash plugin installed, our Best Player will serve Flash. It really is that simple.

Need to present a group of videos together, in a particular order? MediaFreedom lets
you organise content titles into a channel (like a playlist). You can then generate embed code for the channel and control whether the playlist appears horizontally below or vertically alongside the player.
For a superior visual experience, the title and duration of the content are displayed as overlays that appear on mouse-over.
